First Responders Sunday at Colonial!

Sunday, September 20th, 2009 was First Responders Sunday at Colonial Baptist Church and we sought to honor all those who serve our communities and our country in time of natural and man made disasters as well as in the day to day fight against crime and the needs for emergency medical intervention to save lives.  Firefighters, EMT’s and police officers are our everyday heroes that often go un-thanked so we at Colonial decided to honor all of these brave men and women with a special service at our church as well as a huge potluck dinner for them and their families following the morning service.
