Taking Registrations NOW for Upward Soccer!

Upward Soccer is coming to Colonial Baptist Church with practices beginning the week of August 20!

Upward Sports is the world’s largest Christian sports league for children and provides the BEST sports experience for every child. Upward Sports teaches sport fundamentals in an environment of healthy competition, helping kids to develop skills for the sports arena and values for life.

Colonial Baptist Church offers Upward Soccer for kids in Grades K-6. With weekly practices and games limited to one-hour each, this league is family-friendly and fun for everyone!

The deadline to register is July 30. Contact Colonial Baptist Church today at 540-977-5683 for more information, or to register.

Early Registration cost $65.00 by July 23.

Late registration cost $75.00 due by July 30. Soccer shorts are included in the registration. Make checks payable to Colonial Baptist Church.

Everyone must attend one soccer evaluation: They will take place as follows:

K5 through 6th Grade Boys & Girls:

Saturday, July 28, between 9 am & 12 pm

Monday, July 30, between 6 pm & 8 pm

Practices begin the week of August 20. First game is Saturday, Sept. 8. Awards Celebration is Saturday, Oct. 27

Thursday, Feb. 2: God is doing some great things in our midst up here in Goshen, VA at the 2012 Christ Life Ministry’s Men’s Prayer Advance. Several men put their faith and trust in Christ tonight and several hundred got things right with God surrender spiritual Satanic strongholds in their lives. The preaching, praying and praising has all been sweet! Please keep praying for us as over 600 men are seeking the mind of God for their lives, their families, their churches and for God to Revive America by reviving His church.

Friday, Feb. 3: Today (actually yesterday seeing how it is almost 1:00 a.m. Saturday) we had more preaching, more praying and more weeping and more wanting God to do something special in our midst. SO, tonight when the invitation was given over 36 men and young teenage boys came forward to surrender to full-time Christian ministry. Also 100’s made other decisions for Christ. This truly has been a special time and God is working within our hearts and minds. It’s been SWEET! Keep prayin’ … one more day…
